Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the product under the terms specified on the product page (Starter, Business or Team license). Licenses do not transfer ownership.

3. Payments

All payments are processed securely via third-party platforms (Lemon Squeezy). Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

4. Refunds

Refunds are subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Support

Product support is offered on a best-effort basis via email at getnovajam@gmail.com. Support does not include customization or hands-on configuration unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability
